'All In The Dance' is a Community Program founded by Diane in 2005, at Matty Eckler C.R.C. in Toronto, with a handful of students; and today is the largest dance program run under the auspices of the City of Toronto, with over 220 students.
Diane is the Artistic Director of the program and is assisted by teachers in training from Canada's National Ballet School.
This program allows access to quality level dance training for children from the age of three and up to adult, with the focus on classical ballet, character, pointe, contemporary and musical theater at cost effective prices available to all.
The students of the program perform throughout the year at local events and also at professional theaters.

Students from this program have gone onto study at Canada's National Ballet School either in the Associate Program or the Professional Full time Program. Some of the students also perform in choirs including Toronto's Bach Choir and Toronto Children's Chorus. Students of this program have become involved in community and professional stage, television and film projects.
